When using Joomla 5.1 and Ignite Gallery version 5, the the More Actions button above the gallery list does not work. This bug will be fixed in the next version.
In the short term, please go to your webhosting filemanager, and edit the file:
administrator\components\com_igallery\tmpl\categories\default.php
Add the line:
